		<description>We can certainly add Primo PDF to our Resources page, but I&#039;m fairly sure the licensing prevents us from redistributing it on our CD. 

Not all &quot;Free&quot; is created equal. We&#039;re trying to stick products using GPL and Creative Commons type licensing as a rule.

		<description>You should look into Primo PDF. We use it at our church. It&#039;s still free. It has security features for PDFs you do not want others to be able to print, copy/paste, or change without a password. Don&#039;t know if it works on Vista, but you could check it out.</description>
